Kugel Aerospace & Defence are pleased to announce the completion of our assembly clean room.
Dedicated, clean environments are essential to provide miniature ball screws with the maximum life possible. Our clean room has a laminar flow bench which creates positive pressure forcing possible contaminants out of the assembly area, a part counter/balance for accurately and repeatably counting the correct number of grade 10 bearing balls going into batches of ballscrew assemblies and an ultrasonic cleaning tank to ensure components of all of our ball screw assemblies are extremely clean prior to assembly ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the assembly process.
